Job Description
This role is for an Electrical or Building Services Engineer/Technician to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects. You'll be managing MEP trades for various building types, including logistics halls, production facilities, and data centers. This involves monitoring external engineering firms, managing subcontractors, and supporting client negotiations.
The company is looking for someone with a technical background in electrical or building services, ideally with several years of experience in MEP construction management. Familiarity with MS Project and RIB iTWO is a plus, as are strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
