Job Description
The company is looking for an Electrical Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the installation of all electrical systems, from high and low voltage power to ELV and fire alarms, ensuring everything meets project specifications and building codes. You'll be coordinating with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and avoid clashes with other trades.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing design packages, identifying potential issues or improvements, and managing the creation of detailed shop drawings and coordination models. You'll also perform engineering calculations for things like voltage drop and cable sizing, and evaluate vendor quotes for electrical equipment.
This position also requires managing material submittals, tracking deliveries, and inspecting incoming materials. You'll handle the process for obtaining No Objection Certificates and utility connections, and oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems before handover. Finally, you'll assist with project cost estimation and risk assessment.
