This role is for an Engineer III position in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for someone to handle repair requests from guests and perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. You'll need to be adept at reading blueprints and electrical schematics, with strong general mechanical skills. The position requires above-average skills in at least three areas such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry. You should also be comfortable using hand and power tools safely for complex repairs on the property's physical aspects, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various equipment, plumbing issues, and electrical components. Familiarity with engineering software for preventive maintenance and energy management is also beneficial. The role involves training and mentoring other engineers when needed.
