Job Description
The company is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their new entity in Luxembourg. This role involves contributing to the development of advanced space transportation technologies and next-generation cryogenic systems. You'll be working on enabling technologies for the future of space mobility, focusing on areas like zero-boil-off cryogenic architectures and in-space propellant storage.
In this position, you will design and develop 3D models and mechanical assemblies, produce manufacturing-ready drawings, and contribute to mechanical architecture. You'll also perform basic structural and thermal assessments and collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure manufacturability. The company is looking for someone with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3-4 years of experience in mechanical design, proficient in CAD software like SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
