Job Description
This role is all about the package and installation design for compressor trains, covering everything from the driver and compressor to auxiliary systems. You'll be working with a global team, handling components like base plates and piping, and tackling exciting challenges as part of the energy transition.
You'll be responsible for creating technical concepts and solutions for package integration and layout, converting client specifications into manufacturing details, and preparing Bills of Materials. Collaboration with various teams and customers will be key to ensuring effective project execution and quality.
To succeed, you'll need a mechanical engineering degree, 5-10 years of experience with rotating equipment in process industries, and proficiency in UG-NX, Teamcenter, and SAP. A solid understanding of mechanical design, piping standards like ASME B31.3, and compressor/turbine products is also essential.
