Job Description
The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Noida, India. This role involves accurately estimating costs and preparing Bills of Quantities for civil and MEP systems. You'll be reviewing project documents, identifying necessary resources, and ensuring estimates comply with international standards like NRM and POMI.
You'll need to be proficient with AutoCAD and MS Excel, with experience in cost estimation software being a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, including at least two years in a global construction consultancy. A degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
