Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior BIM Modeler to join their team in Vishakhapatnam, India. This role involves creating detailed BIM models from point cloud data, aiming for LOD 300–400 accuracy within your specific discipline. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and adherence to project standards of the models.
In this position, you will also take on a leadership role, guiding a small team of junior modelers and reviewing their work. You'll collaborate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project coordination. Identifying and reporting any issues with the point cloud data will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant engineering or architecture background and at least four years of experience with Revit modeling, specifically using Scan-to-BIM techniques. A solid grasp of LOD 300–400 requirements and the ability to mentor junior team members are essential. Proficiency in Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, and AutoCad is also required.
