Job Description
This company is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team on a new civils project in County Louth, Ireland. You'll be responsible for setting out works, ensuring clear understanding of drawings and specifications for foremen and operatives, and conducting quality reviews.
The role involves reviewing technical submissions, preparing method statements, and managing traffic on site. You'll also be expected to maintain accurate site diaries, monitor equipment, and proactively pursue your own development. A key part of the job is maximizing profit through efficient self-management and accurate work.
To be successful, you'll need a third-level qualification in Engineering and proven experience in setting out or as a Site Engineer. Experience with a main contractor or similar, good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project are also important.
