Job Description
The company is looking for a Design Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for designing and developing plastic parts, acting as a key technical link between clients, toolmakers, production, suppliers, and project management. This role also involves contributing to FMEA creation and commissioning Moldflow and CAE calculations, ensuring all designs meet customer specifications and internal guidelines.
To be successful in this position, you should have a background in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, with practical experience in developing plastic parts, ideally within the automotive sector. Familiarity with aerodynamics or drive technology would be a plus. Proficiency in Catia V5 or NX (2D and 3D) is essential, along with good German and English language skills (B2 level minimum).
