Job Description
This company is looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join their team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. You'll be responsible for creating innovative and cost-effective structural designs for various infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet high standards for safety and performance.
Your day-to-day will involve using advanced software like ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, and AutoCAD for analysis and design. You'll also be calculating stresses, analyzing structural components, and considering material strengths to ensure the integrity of designs. A key part of the role is interpreting and applying building codes and collaborating with the estimation team.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience in structural projects. You should be proficient with industry-standard software and have a strong understanding of engineering codes. Experience in retrofitting existing structures and designing with concrete and steel is also important.
