Job Description
The company is looking for a VDC BIM Coordinator to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves taking ownership of the BIM process for various projects, ensuring adherence to the BIM Execution Plan, and facilitating coordination workshops. You'll be responsible for managing BIM models, conducting clash detection using Navisworks Manage, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all project models.
You will also play a key part in establishing BIM standards, monitoring data within the Common Data Environment, and coordinating model handovers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related field, proficiency in Navisworks Manage, and a working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
