Job Description
This company is looking for an Interior Design Intern to join their team in Hong Kong SAR. You'll be working on a retail mall renovation project in Mainland China, focusing on sustainability and material reuse.
Your role will involve exploring creative ways to reuse existing materials and integrate sustainable solutions into the basement renovation. You'll support the sustainability architect and design team in analyzing material reuse, developing strategies, and researching new ideas for circular design and sustainable materials.
You'll also help prepare reports, drawings, and visualizations to communicate these proposals. The ability to translate technical design information between English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, as is a strong interest in sustainability, circular design, and embodied carbon. Proficiency in design software is also required.
