Job Description
The company is seeking a Junior Conservation Architect with 0-2 years of experience to join their team in Mumbai. This role involves leading conservation projects by coordinating interior, structural, and MEP works, ensuring a holistic approach from design to execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site realities and a keen eye for detail in overseeing site execution and quality. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing working drawings, detailing, and coordinating with consultants, while also contributing to conservation specifications and documentation standards.
A Master's degree in Conservation is essential, along with a Bachelor's in Architecture. Experience with load-bearing structures, timber framing, adaptive reuse, and expansion is highly desirable. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software is expected.
