Job Description
This company is looking for a Co-op, Assistant Coordinator, BIM to join their Urban Transportations Solutions group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You'll be supporting dynamic transit projects, helping to set up and manage common data environments and coordinate 3D BIM models.
Your role will involve participating in clash detection, issue tracking, and quality assurance for models. You'll also assist with preparing project documentation, digital validation, and quantity take-offs using BIM tools. Collaboration with project managers and engineers will be key to facilitating information exchange and digital workflows.
To be successful, you should be enrolled in a relevant field like Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with a basic understanding of BIM concepts.
