Job Description
This company is seeking a Co-op Civil/Design Coordinator to join a new Rail & Transit project in Hamilton. You'll be supporting the project leads by helping to deliver project documents, attending and documenting meetings, and managing schedules and tasks. This role involves coordinating with different teams to keep the project on track, especially focusing on high-risk areas. You'll also provide administrative support and reporting as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to commit to working from the project office five days a week. Occasional travel for site visits or regional trips might be required. Strong communication skills are essential, and a genuine interest in developing your career within the Rail Transit sector would be a great asset. Any prior experience in transit or construction would also be beneficial.
