Job Description
This company is seeking a Process Piping Design Intern to join their Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg team. You'll be part of a group focused on designing the factory of the future, translating conceptual ideas into detailed designs for chemical and utility systems that integrate seamlessly with manufacturing.
In this role, you will support the engineering team by creating detailed designs for various process engineering systems, including those for gases and high-purity water. You'll also help develop and refine calculation tools, update existing standards and specifications, and conduct feasibility studies for systems and components, considering their entire lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical or Process Piping engineering, with a good command of English and some experience with Autodesk software like Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Familiarity with industrial equipment and technologies, along with a structured approach to documentation and a willingness to work with AI tools, is also beneficial.
