Job Description
This company is looking for an apprentice to join their Method/Engineering team in Portneuf-Sur-Mer, Quebec, Canada. You'll be working with the Stator P1 Method department, collaborating with design and production teams.
Your role will involve analyzing modification requests for mechanical parts, creating and updating 3D models and 2D plans using CATIA V5, and presenting your designs to the production team. You'll also manage supplier studies, track project timelines, and ensure new parts are correctly implemented on machinery. Maintaining the PLM documentation system will be a key part of your responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of mechanics and be proficient with CATIA V5. Familiarity with Google Drive tools and the ability to read technical plans are also important.
