This role involves creating and updating BIM models and technical documents for HVAC and plumbing systems. You'll be supporting planning teams by developing 3D models, drawings, and constructions using modern BIM methods with Revit and Linear software. A key part of this position is coordinating different models and contributing to project execution based on these models. You will also maintain project documentation and help ensure the quality of planning. The company is looking for someone with a technical education, perhaps as a technical draftsman or with an HTL degree in mechanical engineering or building services. Some familiarity with HVAC, building services, or BIM methods and Revit would be beneficial. A structured and precise approach, along with an interest in digital planning, is important.
