Job Description
This role is for an Emirati National to join the company in Dubai as a Site Operations Assistant. It's a great opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment, with comprehensive training across various operational and support functions.
The position involves ensuring the site operates in line with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards. This includes coordinating audits, managing documentation, driving corrective actions, and supporting risk management initiatives to foster continuous improvement.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and coordinating internal and external audits. The role also requires tracking and closing audit findings, monitoring legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating root cause analysis for any non-conformities.
If you have a science or engineering diploma, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in an industrial setting, this could be a fantastic next step for your career.
