Job Description
This is an opportunity for a recent graduate to join a structured 24-month program focused on developing future leaders in MEP engineering. You'll gain hands-on experience assisting with the design of dry utility networks, including power distribution and street lighting, while working with BIM models and coordinating with other disciplines.
The role involves applying your engineering knowledge to solve fundamental problems, contributing to high-quality project outputs within set timelines and budgets. You'll also be involved in design meetings and ensuring the quality of BIM production, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and contribute to digital tool implementation.
This position is specifically for UAE Nationals with a family book, aligning with the company's Emiratisation commitment. It's a chance to build a strong foundation in engineering with mentorship and structured learning.
