Job Description
This role involves overseeing the architectural and interior design work carried out by contractors on-site. You'll be inspecting the work, reviewing and commenting on submittals, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure everything aligns with project specifications and client needs. This includes preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring quality control.
You'll need a degree in Architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with various building types like residential, leisure, hotels, retail, offices, and mixed-use developments is important. The ability to interpret project specifications and client requirements, along with strong coordination and problem-solving skills, will be key to success in this position.
