The company is looking for a Design Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial client pitches to final production. This includes creating client renderings, preparing estimates and bid packages, and producing state-certified plans. You'll also perform energy calculations and ensure projects are profitable and meet customer expectations. You will develop floor plans based on client requirements, detail components for modular construction, and create material takeoffs. Managing multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines will be key. You'll also stay updated on building codes and provide technical support to various teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in a related field, or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, or a technical certification in AutoCAD and Revit with 10 years of experience. Proficiency in Revit, along with knowledge of building codes and standard office software, is essential.
