You will also be responsible for managing project meetings, reviewing consultant deliverables, and ensuring all designs adhere to the company's standards and Indian building codes. This position requires a strong architectural background, with a focus on design solutions and site oversight, but it specifically excludes interior design responsibilities. If you have a Bachelor of Architecture with 6+ years of experience in residential luxury villa design, and are proficient in SketchUp and PowerPoint, this could be a great opportunity.
