Job Description
The company is looking for a Photovoltaic Engineering Manager to lead their technical team in Paterna, Spain. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of photovoltaic projects, from initial concept through to commissioning. You'll be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, coordinating with various stakeholders, and driving innovation in solar energy solutions.
You will lead and develop the engineering team, coordinate the technical design and validation of PV projects, and approve all necessary technical documentation. This includes managing legalizations and permits with official bodies, and providing technical support to the sales team. The company values continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies.
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or a similar field is required, with a strong preference for an electrical or energy specialization and proven experience in solar photovoltaic energy. A minimum of 5 years in similar roles is essential. Experience with design tools like PVsyst and AutoCAD, along with other renewable technologies, would be a plus.
