Job Description
The company is looking for a QAQC Manager to oversee their Integrated Management System across all sites and departments. This role is key to ensuring quality standards are met and customer requirements are addressed throughout the organization.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining SHEQ procedures, managing all related documentation, and conducting internal and external audits. This includes verifying contractor quality, reviewing vendor submissions, and coordinating with project teams and clients on quality matters.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 15-20 years of construction experience (preferably in the GCC), and strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience with database management and statistical quality control is also important.
