Job Description
The company is looking for a DLP Engineer/Defect Engineer to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing the entire defect rectification process during the Defect Liability Period for real estate properties.
You'll be the main point of contact, coordinating with property owners, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure all reported defects are addressed promptly and effectively. This includes conducting site inspections, verifying repairs, and managing warranty claims.
The position requires strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records, prepare reports on defect status, and track contractor performance. You'll also be responsible for obtaining quotes and coordinating external vendors for repairs outside of warranty scope.
