Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Lead to join their team in Leixlip, County Kildare, Ireland. This role involves leading a BIM team and developing coordinated 3D mechanical and electrical models using various data sources. You'll be responsible for managing drawing registers, producing detailed drawings, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
You'll also play a key part in problem-solving design roadblocks and coordinating with other trade partners. This position requires someone with at least five years of experience as a BIM Lead, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in reading schematics and understanding mechanical or electrical systems. Experience with software like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360 is anticipated.
