Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM/VDC Lead in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves overseeing BIM, CAD, and documentation processes, ensuring standards are met, and leading large BIM projects. You'll be responsible for managing a team, including BIM Coordinators and CAD Drafters, and will be the main technical contact for these departments.
Your day-to-day will include quality assurance of models and drawings, reviewing contracts for compliance, and providing input for project estimating and operations.
