Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Team Lead with an architectural background to guide their BIM efforts. This role involves leading a team to produce high-quality BIM models and shop drawings, ensuring seamless coordination across different disciplines and with subcontractors. You'll be instrumental in resolving design and site issues, supporting construction planning, and making sure all BIM deliverables meet project standards and deadlines.
You'll manage BIM coordination meetings, oversee the review of shop drawings, and assist with quantity take-offs and construction planning. A key part of this position is mentoring your team to boost their skills and productivity. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in BIM and architectural coordination, a degree in architecture, and strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential.
