Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Team Lead in Mumbai, India, to guide a team of BIM Engineers and Coordinators. You'll be responsible for managing BIM Execution Plans, setting standards, and ensuring quality through model audits and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
The role involves leading multidisciplinary coordination meetings, reviewing deliverables, and generating reports for 4D/5D BIM simulations. You'll also mentor your team and collaborate with various project stakeholders to meet BIM milestones. Experience with US, UK, or Middle East projects is a plus.
