Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager in Lynnwood, Washington. This role involves leading a team of 20-40 professionals, planning activities, and providing mentorship. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Execution Plan, researching new technologies, and ensuring construction drawings are accurate and compliant.
You'll also manage budgets and schedules for VCS scope, monitor project milestones, and foster a collaborative team culture. The position requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk BIM 360 Glue, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a permanent, hybrid position with a salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 per year, plus benefits.
