The company is looking for a Design Office Chief to oversee a hospital construction project in Esenyurt, Istanbul. This role involves managing the design office, application projects, shop drawings, and revision processes. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical projects, as well as bridging the gap between the design office and site teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in design offices, application projects, and site coordination, with a strong preference for hospital projects. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, with a proven ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve details. Excellent team management and interdisciplinary coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced site environment. This position requires a graduate of university Architecture departments and experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. You will also be involved in managing subcontractor design teams, tracking project progress against the work schedule, and overseeing material approvals and as-built project documentation.
