Job Description
The company is looking for a Drawing Team Leader for their structural projects in Gatineau, Quebec. This role involves coordinating the drawing office, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables, and guiding the drafting team. You'll also contribute your expertise directly to ongoing projects.
You'll be responsible for planning the team's workflow, setting priorities with project managers, and improving drafting processes. A key part of the job is quality control, reviewing drawings, and sharing knowledge within the team. You'll also play a role in developing the team members and participating in hiring.
This position requires a DEC in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in structural building drafting and some team coordination or supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
