Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead their building information modeling projects. This role involves overseeing the BIM process from start to finish for electrical construction projects, managing the BIM team, and playing a part in client satisfaction and project negotiations.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing VDC policies, creating project estimates, and ensuring efficient use of resources like labor and software. This position requires strong leadership to coach and develop a team, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 7-10 years in BIM and 3-5 years managing people. Proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Dynamo or Evolve is a plus. Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical skills are also key.
