The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong negotiation and conflict management skills, and a desire for continuous learning. You'll partner with senior leadership to develop VDC strategies, create and monitor company standards, and manage project budgets and schedules. This role involves mentoring staff, building relationships with external partners, and staying current with industry best practices. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of BIM experience and 3-5 years of people management. Proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in Dynamo or Evolve being a plus.
