Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead and coordinate all building information modeling projects. This role involves overseeing the BIM team, managing the BIM process from start to finish, and playing a key part in project negotiations, scheduling, estimating, and client satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for developing VDC policies, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality control. This position also requires strong leadership skills to mentor and develop your team, build relationships with clients and contractors, and stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BIM, engineering, or a related field, with 7-10 years of BIM experience and 3-5 years of people management. Proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in Dynamo or Evolve being a plus. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills are also required.
