This role is for a BIM Team Manager based anywhere in the USA, working a hybrid schedule. The company is looking for someone to lead and support their Design and Engineering teams on high-profile projects. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing BIM standards, managing the BIM environment, and establishing model coordination processes. Your focus will be on improving quality and delivering measurable business value through automation and model-driven delivery across various disciplines. This includes overseeing model lifecycle integration, developing an automation roadmap, and managing BIM staff, including recruitment and training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM environments, including a strong background in leading BIM teams and establishing standards, particularly within the US market. Proficiency in ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D is essential, with a working knowledge of Bentley being a plus. Demonstrated capability in automation and process improvement, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, are key.
