BIM Manager

QP Group

This company is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee digital project delivery for a leading Mechanical Design/Build Contractor. You'll be responsible for developing and managing the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring it's understood and adopted across projects. This role involves defining the VDC scope and deliverables, managing VDC budgets, and selecting appropriate BIM/VDC platforms. You will lead the overall VDC delivery, acting as the main point of contact for operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining quality, coordinating VDC workflows across design, construction, fabrication, and installation, and managing resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of deliverables. The position also requires coordinating specialized VDC, engineering, and fabrication resources. You'll establish clear responsibilities within VDC teams, develop VDC milestone schedules, and identify and resolve VDC-related issues with stakeholders. Regular reporting on project status, financials, and KPIs is also a key part of this role, along with contributing to the improvement of VDC processes and standards. If you're ready to lead digital delivery in a dynamic environment, this could be your next step.
