The company is looking for a Head of Design Office to lead their industrial electrical design team of 10 people in Hauts-de-France, France. This role involves guiding the team, ensuring technical excellence, and managing projects from conception to execution.
You'll be responsible for supervising and developing the team's technical skills, overseeing industrial electrical studies, and ensuring the use of best practices in CAD, CAE, and BIM. Project management and accurate cost estimation for complex industrial projects will also be key parts of your role.
This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar design office management or technical leadership role within industrial electrical engineering.
