Job Description
This role is about managing the digital model for entire projects, ensuring all disciplines work together seamlessly. You'll be responsible for the Digital Delivery Plan, setting up project infrastructure, and overseeing the creation and delivery of models throughout the project lifecycle. This involves maintaining model health, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality control through design reviews and 3D coordination.
You'll need a strong understanding of how different building systems interact and how construction documents are produced. Experience with BIM authoring and model management is key, along with advanced skills in 3D design and coordination software, and document management systems. The ability to communicate effectively with project teams, management, and clients is also essential.
