Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to oversee the design and implementation of Building Information Modeling for a major mall project. This role involves acting as a key liaison between designers, clients, and architects, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely execution of project plans.
You'll be responsible for guiding BIM coordinators, training colleagues on relevant software, and preparing reports for the Project Director. Staying updated on the latest building technologies and industry standards is crucial, as is coordinating meetings to resolve design challenges and managing BIM budgets.
The ideal candidate will have an Architecture degree and at least 8 years of experience with BIM on complex projects, along with strong skills in software like Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360. Excellent understanding of legal obligations and English proficiency are also required.
