Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves coordinating the VDC department's support for various projects, creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for 3D modeling and digital delivery, and overseeing quality assurance.
You'll be responsible for developing BIM Execution Plans, supervising modelers, and collaborating with designers, estimators, and project staff on BIM workflows throughout the project lifecycle. This position also includes training technical staff on corporate BIM opportunities and managing VDC data for project operations.
