Job Description
This company is seeking a BIM Manager to join their landscape architecture studio in Dubai. You'll be instrumental in managing the BIM process, ensuring quality control of models, and guiding design teams. This role involves coordinating BIM logistics, driving project delivery, and liaising with various internal and external teams.
You will also be responsible for reviewing BIM deliverables, overseeing production to meet quality standards, and participating in multi-disciplinary meetings. Coaching junior staff and contributing to the refinement of company BIM standards will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BIM software like Revit, Civil3D, and Navisworks, along with a strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 19650. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.
