Job Description
This role is for a BIM Manager in Miami, Florida. The company is looking for someone to oversee the virtual construction process, ensuring accurate documentation from design through as-built submittals. You'll be managing a team of production professionals and designers across various disciplines.
Your main responsibilities will include leading model management, BIM planning, and coordination on projects. You'll also provide technical support, training, and development to the design staff, and work closely with a company-wide team to drive BIM transformation. This involves setting up Revit projects, managing models daily, and creating content like families.
A key part of this position is leading BIM coordination meetings, conducting clash detection, and resolving conflicts. You'll foster teamwork and ensure optimal BIM performance by collaborating with different disciplines. The company is seeking someone with an Architectural degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Autodesk products like Revit and Navisworks, and experience with mission-critical projects.
