This company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead the development of their digital standards. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining Revit templates, global parameters, and asset libraries that form the backbone of their design studio's virtual workspace. This role involves a mix of governance, automation, and hands-on content creation, working closely with standards and documentation teams. You will also manage the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment, develop automation tools using Dynamo or Python to streamline workflows, and oversee regional BIM coordinators. A key part of the role is ensuring model quality through regular audits and aligning Revit metadata with database schemas for their content management system. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in BIM administration and VDC management, with advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD customization, and deep proficiency in ACC. Experience with Revit family creation, technical documentation, and cross-functional leadership is essential. Hands-on experience with scripting for automation and managing BIM catalogs for web-based systems would be a strong advantage.
