Job Description
The company is seeking a BIM Manager to join their team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the in-house development of detailed BIM models and shop drawings using Revit. You'll be working closely with design consultants and subcontractors to ensure all deliverables meet project specifications and IFC standards.
Your responsibilities will include creating models up to LOD400 and LOD500, developing detailed shop drawings, and coordinating with various project teams. A key part of this position is conducting clash detection and resolving conflicts within the BIM models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling and shop-drawing creation, with extensive experience in Revit. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM360 is also required, along with excellent communication skills and experience working on projects in the MEA region.
