This role is all about owning and improving how a multi-office architecture firm uses BIM. You'll be the go-to person for Revit, training colleagues, and making sure BIM practices are consistent and effective across the board. It involves bridging the gap between design teams, IT, and innovation groups to ensure BIM aligns with the company's long-term goals, especially as they focus on data and automation. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of BIM, setting clear expectations, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This includes developing and delivering Revit training programs, creating knowledge resources, and supporting project teams with complex modeling and coordination challenges. You'll also play a key part in maintaining and refining BIM standards and ensuring the quality of BIM data, including COBie, for handover and facility management.
