The company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their team in Valletta, Malta. This role is central to managing and coordinating all BIM activities for Mechanical & Electrical services on a significant project. You'll be ensuring the digital delivery is successful, facilitating multidisciplinary coordination, and upholding project BIM standards. Your responsibilities will include leading BIM implementation for M&E services, coordinating federated models, and managing clash detection processes. You'll also ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans, Employer’s Information Requirements, and ISO 19650 standards, while overseeing the Common Data Environment. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with at least three years of BIM management experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, and AutoCAD is essential. This is a full-time opportunity to work on a landmark national project, and relocation to Malta will be required.
