The company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their team in Phoenix, Louisiana. This role involves leading and managing the BIM process across various projects, ensuring they meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards. You'll be expected to train and guide BIM staff, utilizing your proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, as well as laser scan data. Your responsibilities will include reviewing model development to ensure it aligns with design requirements and coordinating with other trades to resolve any conflicts or obstructions. You'll also work closely with the project management team, using the RFI process to address issues identified during reviews. A strong understanding of National Electrical Codes and the ability to interpret construction drawings, one-lines, and panel schedules for 3D modeling are essential. This position requires a candidate with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks. Experience in MEP Revit and Microsoft Excel is necessary, along with a solid understanding of general construction and electrical components.
