Job Description
The company is looking for a hands-on Design and Drafting Manager in Plano, Texas. This role involves leading MEP modeling and BIM coordination for complex data center projects. You'll be responsible for creating and managing detailed Revit models, driving clash detection, and mentoring a team of BIM professionals.
This is a production-focused role where you'll build and modify coordinated models, work across different disciplines, and produce construction-ready documentation. You'll also develop BIM standards and workflows, and partner with project teams to ensure successful field execution.
The ideal candidate has over 7 years of BIM/Revit experience with MEP systems, strong hands-on expertise in Revit and MEP BIM coordination, and experience leading or mentoring BIM teams. Experience with Navisworks and creating custom Revit families for MEP systems is also valuable.
